You are free to be present for the entire inspection and shadow but,shadowing could cause the inspector to overlook an item or issue.Should you have any questions for the inspector,you should write them down and ask after the inspection is complete. Once the inspection is complete the inspection report will be emailed to you normally within 24 hours. A report can be generated on site upon prior request (when making the appointment) Our report is computer generated in PDF format with digital photos of deficiencies.
